With a remanufactured long block plus from Mercedes-Benz, you benefit from an engine that will reduce your time off the road because it comes preassembled and is nearly always in stock – a much speedier solution overall than the time and expense of having the engine damage repaired. It also helps you to save a lot of money because still-functioning detachable parts such as the exhaust gas turbocharger can be simply taken from your old engine and installed on the new one. Since we use exclusively Mercedes-Benz GenuineParts, your Mercedes-Benz car remains an original – and at a highly attractive price.
The long block plus is a cost-effective solution because the injection system comes preassembled and perfectly configured. Compared with having the complete engine replaced, you can typically save around 35%. If the injectors are still intact and fully functional, you can instead choose the version without injectors.

The long block plus offers numerous benefits. These include reduced time off the road because we have more than 4,000 engines in stock. Time off the road is reduced also because unlike in the short block, the cylinder head with valves and the injection system come preassembled.
The long block plus is a highly practical solution if your engine has suffered major damage. Maybe the crankshaft – including the crankcase and cylinder head (and possibly injector) – is damaged.
You can also save money by buying a long block plus. For your old engine, we'll pay you an allowance to make the overall price of your genuine remanufactured engine even more attractive.
